Newly renovated, award-winning inclusive wellness resort BodyHoliday announces a new Yoga Retreat for guests to book this winter. Taking place on February 23rd to March 2nd, this week-long retreat invites guests to immerse themselves in an all-encompassing wellness experience that will target body and mind and provide them with optimal wellbeing. Hosted by Retreat Specialist and Wellness Advisor, Hollie Bailey, BodyHoliday’s Yoga Retreat combines dedicated yoga and meditation workshops, Ayurvedic and other spa treatments, and balanced dining within the resort’s blissful, tropical setting.
Through BodyHoliday’s specialized program, guests will enhance their knowledge of asana and yoga philosophy through participating in a series of workshops including Hatha Yoga, Yoga Bhandas, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and more. Yoga sessions will be complemented with various meditation practices, including Anapana Meditation and Chakra Meditation, as well as dedicated spa treatments at the BodyScience Clinic and Ayurvedic Temple aimed at providing total balance of body and mind. Guests will also partake in the resort’s organic farm-to-table I-Tal garden experience, as well as a hands-on cooking class. A sample itinerary is included below.

Retreat Specialist and dedicated yogi, Hollie Bailey, will lead guests every step of the way, from their initial consultation and pre-planning through the retreat process, and will provide post-retreat support to ensure success along the way. With specialization in naturopathy, colonic hydrotherapy, and yoga, Bailey will apply her expertise and passion for yoga and meditation to the experience.
