Dining Dogs & Their Companions
During the month of February, the hotel’s lobby-level restaurant The Wilson, is offering a limited-time, two-course dog menu for canine companions to enjoy. A quirky, coastal bistro with ample heated outdoor space currently open with overhead heating lamps in the heart of Nomad, The Wilson serves classic interpretations of high-quality, northeastern style seafood, helmed by executive chef Adrienne Guttieri. For $55, dining dogs have the option to choose either the True North Salmon or Grilled Chicken, both served alongside steamed vegetables, lemon and dessert. Pet parents may also select their choice of entrée and dessert to dine properly alongside their dog. For an additional $3, pups with a sweet tooth can chow down on Chef Adrienne’s homemade peanut butter-flavored dog biscuits. Per DOH regulations, the menu is available exclusively outside, dogs must be on leashes (or in crates), and the menu is only served in single-use, disposable containers.
“We are proud to continue offering our guests the innovative experiences that matter to them,” said Mauricio Patino, General Manager, INNSiDE by Meliá New York Nomad. “From our ‘Day Stay’ program that provides access to remote work spaces, to the ‘Stay Safe With Meliá’ program that follows the highest standards of health and safety, our new partnership with Paw.com is another way we’re ensuring our guests can have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possible.”
